For safety reasons, passengers are not permitted to carry mobile phones, personal cameras or selfie sticks during the flight.

The complimentary flight media is normally sent after the experience according to the operator's current process.

Minimum Age Requirement

Passengers must be at least 17 years old on the date of the flight.

Guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement will not be permitted to fly.

Passengers must normally weigh under 105 kg with shoes and clothing at check-in.

During the summer months from June through August, the operator requires passengers to weigh under 100 kg.
